FEES:

To assist our clients in achieving their goals, our technical support, management, design, problem solving, and other services are tailored to the needs of the individual clients and the species in question.

As such, each client is quoted based on their specific requirements. Our fees are based on the time, travel time, expenses, material and any additional services (lab analysis, engineering and others) required by the client. In addition to this, blocks of days and time may be purchased by clients on a retainer basis.

POLICIES:

Our relationships with our clients generally start with a written agreement which incorporates a non-disclosure agreement to protect the client’s sensitive information that we may learn during the project. This agreement also clearly defines our roles, the scope of our work, the deliverables, milestones, deadlines and estimated costs.

All travel expenses are to be paid in advance. Estimated consulting fees are to be paid 50% in advance, with the remaining fees paid upon the completion of specified milestones in the project.

The preparation of reports, briefs and other expenses are billed and due upon completion.
